* Changes in lpr-agent 1.0

** Added a version number.  Since the program works and all necessary
functionality is present, 1.0 seemed appropriate.

** Option "--smbclientparams" renamed to "--smbclientoptions".

** Bug fix: The -P option no longer sets the server name.

** Added --help and --version options which produce helpful and
informative output, respectively.

** NEWS file added.

** New file "protocol.txt" which documents (sort of) the protocol from
the client to the agent.
