.cvsignore: Ignore all gcov-related files.
Makefile (CFLAGS): Do not include any gprof or gcov flags by default.
(stack): Moved "-pg" to the alternate CFLAGS line.
(check): Changed to 6765.
fib.st: Increased to "20"; it's faster now.
